I know first hand how fast paced the day of the wedding can be. As a wedding planner you need to be everywhere at once: managing vendors, trouble shooting, overseeing setup, making sure the bride is happy, all while making sure that the timeline is being adhered to by everyone involved.
We can all think back on a wedding that we worked so hard on planning and designing, and after getting the professional photos back, couldn’t help but feel disappointed at how the details were captured. Whether the photographer shot the details in a way that would never make it into a submission or perhaps they didn’t shoot the details at all!
Once your photographer has arrived, as much as you would love to, I know you don’t always have the time to work with him or her on flat laying the details, making sure the rings, invitation suite, shoes and accessories are photographed in a stylish way, etc. Other times there simply isn’t enough time for the photographer to set up the details and shoot everything beautifully while still adhering to the timeline.
This is where Styling by Rêve comes in. I absolutely LOVE wedding details, creating flat lays, styling shoes, working with styling silks, flowers and gorgeous props to set up shots that your photographer can just come in and shoot. At the same time, I always strive to create a look that the photographer is comfortable with putting their name on.
Styling for Submissions + Social Content
Submissions
I always strive to create classic, uncluttered flatlays to give you the best chance at submitting detail images for publication. I am constantly studying and practicing my craft and love the challenge of arriving on the wedding day without knowing what kind of details I will have to work with!

Social Content
We all need pretty and stylized content for social media, especially during this time with weddings having slowed down due to postponements, travel restrictions, etc. Having all of the pretty details photographed will keep your social media outlets brimming with gorgeous content while showcasing your hard work in a beautiful way.
My Working Style
When I show up on the day of the wedding I am able to blend seamlessly with your production team. I am happy to jump in to help with table settings, napkin folds, or whatever else I can do to help with the design and decor aspect of your event, before the bridal details and photographer arrive.
What’s in my Bag
Before the big day I would love to see a mood board for the wedding along with a picture of the couple’s invitation suite. From there I create a tailored styling kit that I will bring to your event which includes styling mats, ring boxes, styling silks, vintage or modern styling trays and a variety of pinch dishes and other props that will compliment the wedding design.

Pricing + Styling Time
I have found that having 1 to 2 hours of time is needed in order to style and create multiple looks for your photographer to shoot. I ask to have all wedding details including invitation suite, menu, name cards, rings, shoes, bouquet, boutonniere and any other special details provided to me at that time. I also ask that you have your florist provide a small bunch of flowers to use for styling.
I charge $150 for up to 2-hours of onsite styling on the day of the wedding.
Please let me know if you have any questions, I would love to work with you!
